The worst part of arriving in Los Angeles is the first hour: the rideshare pickup lot, the rental shuttle, the counter queue at the end of it. We skip all of that. There are two ways to do it, and both start with the car waiting for you rather than the other way round.
Option one: be driven
Book a chauffeured transfer and your driver meets you at arrivals, loads the bags and takes you straight to your hotel, home or first meeting. It suits anyone coming off a long flight, executives who want to take a call on the way, and families who don't want to navigate the 405 on day one. Chauffeured rates are quoted per enquiry, and chauffeured trips have no mileage cap inside LA County.
Option two: drive away
If you want the car for your whole stay, we hand it over at LAX or Burbank for a flat $125 delivery fee and you drive yourself from there. Self-drive renters must be 25 or older with a full license and full-coverage insurance, and each day includes 150 miles.
When the flight runs late
Send us your flight number when you book. Weather and flight delays are not treated as cancellations. If you land late, we work to the new arrival time.
