Rental Requirements

Every vehicle is delivered full and should be returned full. If it isn't, we refuel it at cost plus $75.
Weather and flight delays are not treated as cancellations.
No smoking and no pets, in any vehicle. A $500 charge applies if we find evidence of either.

150 miles per day, delivered full and returned full on fuel, and a refundable deposit hold on a credit card. You'll need your own full-coverage insurance (minimum 100/300/50, deductible of $2,000 or less).
You must be at least 25 years old to rent and drive any vehicle in the fleet, with a full driving license and your own full-coverage insurance. The only exception is a chauffeured booking, where our driver is behind the wheel — those have no minimum age.
Mileage beyond the included 150 miles per day is billed at $4 per mile. Chauffeured bookings have no mileage cap inside LA County.
Yes — chauffeur service is available on request for any vehicle in the fleet. Tell us the day and we'll quote a chauffeured rate alongside your self-drive price. There's no minimum age for chauffeured bookings, and insurance is covered by us.
Free within 10 miles of West Hollywood. LAX and Burbank are a flat $125. Every other location is quoted before you commit to it.
More than 7 days before pickup: full refund. Inside 7 days: 50% of the total. Inside 48 hours: no refund. Weather and flight delays are not treated as cancellations.
